For years, I struggled with anxiety and stress, unknowingly normalising it as part of daily life. I know what it feels like to be stuck in overthinking, exhaustion, and emotional overwhelm. But through years of experience, training, and working with clients, I found techniques that truly work—and now, I want to share them with you.
As a stress relief expert since 2016, I’ve helped countless people find peace, clarity, and resilience through one-to-one sessions. I also know that not everyone feels ready for individual work, which is why I created this group programme to make these powerful tools more accessible.
