For years, I struggled with anxiety and stress, unknowingly normalising it as part of daily life. I know what it feels like to be stuck in overthinking, exhaustion, and emotional overwhelm. But through years of experience, training, and working with clients, I found techniques that truly work—and now, I want to share them with you.


As a stress and anxiety relief expert since 2016, I’ve helped countless people find peace, clarity, and resilience through one-to-one sessions. I also know that not everyone feels ready for individual work, which is why I created this group programme to make these powerful tools more accessible.


This 6-week transformational experience is designed to help you break free from stress, calm your mind, and restore balance through expert-guided meditation, breathwork, emotional release, and practical stress-management techniques.

💰 Investment: £20 per session * £10 deposit for each class to secure your spot = £60 deposit total. The remainder payment due by August the 30th. 


Equipment: Please bring an exercises mat, blankets and a pillow, eye mask (optional), notepad and pen


🚨 Please note: 

  • This programme is not designed for practitioners working with stress and anxiety. If you are a practitioner looking for advanced techniques, a separate event can be created for that.
  • Over 18's too at the moment - 16yrs can attend with an adult


 🚨 Important Note: 

This is a learning and relaxation space, not a group therapy or problem-sharing session. While we focus on practical tools for managing stress and emotional well-being, sharing personal difficulties in a group setting can sometimes feel overwhelming for others.


If you need personal support for deeper emotional challenges, one-to-one sessions are available and can provide the focused guidance and healing you need. Please feel free to reach out to discuss private sessions tailored to your needs. 💙
