They are protective patterns you did not choose, and they can change far more easily than you might think.

Phobias often begin when the subconscious mind links an experience with danger. This can happen through:

Once that link is formed, the subconscious automatically triggers a fear response whenever you face that situation. This can lead to symptoms such as panic, shaking, sweating, dizziness, racing thoughts or feeling out of control.
These reactions are not a reflection of who you are.
They are simply neurological patterns that can be updated.
When the subconscious mind learns that the situation is safe, the fear dissolves.

Most fears and phobias without underlying anxiety typically resolve in two to three sessions.
When general anxiety is also present, you can expect around six sessions in total, as we treat both the phobia and the anxiety that contributes to it.
