My exploration into the world of energy healing commenced in 2006 with Reiki, which eventually led me to embrace Spiritual Healing in 2016. Since then, my path has been marked by continuous growth and evolution. I'm deeply passionate and dedicated to ensuring that each session I offer maintains the highest level of connection and healing.
One of the distinctive aspects of my practice is the integration of Crystal Healing, self healing and spiritual development into sessions, creating an opportunity for those open to exploring these profound dimensions of healing. If appropriate I show people how to connect and ground to continue the development and healing process which is so important.
Spiritual Healing serves as a conduit for the beneficial flow of energy between the healer and the recipient, addressing the underlying 'dis-ease' at its deepest level. Its mission is to awaken the body's innate resources, facilitating a harmonious restoration of balance, well-being, and harmony.
This natural therapy is designed to balance and cleanse the body's energy system, yielding both physical and mental benefits. It encourages the body to function at its optimal capacity and creates an environment that allows the body and mind to self-correct.

Research at a Birmingham Hospital
Research studies have taken place on Spiritual Healing in England in recent years
192 patients in a Birmingham hospital received a single 20-minute healing session at Good Hope Hospital in 2017.

Scientific Evidence – Birmingham Hospital
- A controlled medical study was conducted in University Hospital Birmingham in 2018.
- The methodology was approved by a team of scientists appointed by the National Lottery.
- The two-year, controlled medical trial involved 200 NHS hospital patients with longstanding illnesses.
- The medical conditions involved (irritable bowel syndrome and inflammatory bowel disease) put an on-going strain on NHS resources.
Results
- Patient’s benefited physically; their symptoms reduced.
- Patient’s quality of life was enhanced; they felt better in themselves and were more able to lead a normal life.
- Improvements were seen regarding symptoms and wellbeing.
- Improvements were found to be long-lasting and may have continued beyond the period of study.
- The researchers confirmed that the level of these improvements was substantially more than could be expected from placebo.
- Results revealed clinically and statistically significant improvements in respect of physical issues and also quality of life.
