Booking Instructions
When you schedule an appointment, I kindly request a deposit of half the session cost. This deposit is essential to secure your appointment slot, as I dedicate this time exclusively to you and do not offer it to anyone else.
After booking your session, please download the relevant form and letter from the FORMS link (bottom of page) to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
Cancelation Policy
As a solo therapist, I am truly grateful for the opportunity to serve and support you on your healing journey. To ensure that I can provide the best possible experience for each of you, I have implemented a cancellation policy that I'd like to explain in a kind and understanding manner.
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. I understand that this might seem strict, but it allows me to maintain a balance between the number of clients I see each day and the quality of our sessions.
My ultimate goal is to provide you with the highest level of care and attention during our time together. Frequent last-minute cancellations can affect my ability to accommodate everyone, which is why I believe in finding a fair compromise where the impact is shared.
On the other hand, if you provide me with more than 24 hours' notice for a cancellation, I am more than happy to transfer the deposit to another session. Deposits are non refundable but are transferable. I truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
As we embark on this journey together, I want to assure you that your wellbeing is my top priority. I genuinely value your trust in me and the opportunity to be a part of your selfcare process.
