From a young age, I carried the heavy burden of stress and anxiety, shaped by my experiences as a child of an alcoholic and grappling with profound loss. However, through my own journey of healing, I discovered the remarkable power of therapies such as hypnotherapy, NLP, and Reiki. They became my guiding lights, leading me towards a life of profound transformation and inner peace.

In my early twenties, I battled with panic attacks, bouts of burnout, and feeling unworthy on the inside, even though logically, I knew I was. I may have appeared composed and confident on the outside, I masked well by achieving and always striving. On the inside chaos and turmoil ruled my world. Overanalysing everything and feeling perpetually overwhelmed became my norm. Life felt like a constant uphill struggle, and self-compassion seemed like a distant dream.

But let me assure you, that is no longer my reality. While anxiety or stress may appear through normal stressors, I've learned to quickly calm it, regain control, and significantly reduce my triggers. I have healed my wounds and my self worth is no longer triggered like it used to. Today, I live a life of inner peace and embrace a newfound sense of joy.

My absolute passion is to offer my hand and guide others on their own healing and transformative journeys. Exploring new places while savouring coffee or taking leisurely walks with friends fills my heart with delight.
