From a young age, I carried the heavy burden of stress and anxiety, shaped by my experiences as a child of an alcoholic and grappling with profound loss. However, through my own journey of healing, I discovered the remarkable power of therapies such as hypnotherapy, NLP, and Reiki. They became my guiding lights, leading me towards a life of profound transformation and inner peace.

In my early twenties, I battled with panic attacks, bouts of depression, and crushing self-esteem issues. Although I may have appeared composed on the outside, inside, chaos and turmoil ruled my world. Overanalysing everything and feeling perpetually overwhelmed became my norm. Life felt like a constant uphill struggle, and self-compassion seemed like a distant dream.

But let me assure you, that is no longer my reality. While anxiety may still rear its head at times, I've learned to quickly calm it, regain control, and significantly reduce my triggers. Today, I live a life of inner peace and embrace a newfound sense of joy.

My absolute passion is to offer my hand and guide others on their own healing and transformative journeys. Additionally, I'm a member of the Healing Trust (NFSH) and hold the esteemed title of a Society-certified NLP Practitioner. As a dedicated member of The Association of Integral Eye Movement Therapists, I bring forth a wealth of expertise. Furthermore, I possess accreditations as a Reiki Master, Spiritual Healer, Crystal and Gem Practitioner, Aromatherapy Massage Practitioner, and an Access Bars Practitioner.

Personal Life

Beyond my professional life, I find immense joy in my personal realm. I'm happily married and blessed with three wonderful children and a loving dog. Family life brings its own unique blend of fun and challenges, but I cherish every moment and embrace the constant growth it offers.

Nature beckons to me, and I thrive in its embrace. Climbing hills and mountains allows me to witness the exquisite beauty of the world around us. Exploring new places while savouring coffee or taking leisurely walks with friends fills my heart with delight.
